How do I place an Order?
Please fill out an order form and we will be in touch within 48 hours with a draft. Once approved, we will discuss shipping/pickup, and payment through our website with credit card, Etsy, Zelle, Paypal, or over the phone with a credit card.
What are Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Options?
We can arrange pickup at HarMar Mall in Roseville, MN, or delivery FREE within 20 miles of Minneapolis. USPS Shipping Available to USA only at this time ($12-25+). Shipping takes 3-4 days additional to the time needed for for creation.
Overnight shipping via USPS starts at $90 (for each box of 6 candles) and depends on availability. Please also add an overnight creation fee of $25 (for up to 18 candles).
How do I pay?
Items that are shipped MUST be pre-paid (pay when the draft is approved) by PayPal, Facebook Pay, Zelle, on our Etsy or Website (Square). Items for pickup/delivery can be paid with PayPal, Facebook Pay, Zelle, or in person with Cash.
How Quickly are They Made?
All Candles are drafted before creation to reduce errors in printing. Once we create your draft and you let us know it is approved for printing, the candle will be created within 2 weeks. Once they are finished we will reach out and determine a pickup/delivery time or move forward with shipping! *Orders of 5 or more candles may take additional 24 hours.
How Long Should The Candles be Lit?
Glass Candles (2x8) Should be burned 60-90 minutes, or until the top layer is melted.
Allowing an even melt will increase the longevity of the candle.
Please do not burn these candles without supervision.
Flameless Candles can be turned on any time, as they have a 6 hour timer and will automatically shut off.
They require 3 AAA batteries or 2 AA batteries, which are included with your purchase.
How Long do they Last?
The Glass Candles (2x8) Have approx. 60 hour burn time. These are easily replaced when they burn out. You can cut along the seam and peel the print off, and cut this for a photo frame or place it on your fridge. You can also leave the candle wrapped and use the glass container to hold dried flowers. The LED Candles have no expected decline, but may experience slight wrinkling of the design with extreme heat or cold weather. None of our candles are made for use outdoors unsupervised.
